Typical of the grape variety, with aromas of white-fleshed fruit; on the palate it is complex, fresh with good acidity, intense flavours and a persistent finish.

Gastronomy: Excellent at the start of a meal with various starters and sautéed shellfish, fish with some elaboration in the preparation (oven roasts or butter sauces), tender cheeses.
