The single-vineyard wines come from the best vineyards in the Blattenberg and Zellerberg sites. Thanks to 100% hand-picking, several harvest passes, optimum ripeness and low yields, they uncompromisingly show the character of the site and the vintage.
Full of character, expressive and ripe exotic fruit. Strong structure on the palate, supported by the salty minerality of the slate - typical Blattenberg. Spätlese means it has still residual sugar.
Serving recommendation: The Spätlese can be drunk as a dessert or dessert accompaniment. It goes particularly well with creamy dishes, exotic fruits or savoury cheeses
