The grapes for this exceptional wine are handpicked with precision and transported in 15 kg cases to preserve their integrity. At the winery, the whole bunches undergo a gentle pressing process to achieve the delicate salmon color. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 10–12ºC, ensuring the preservation of its fresh and elegant character.
