Trás-os-Montes DOC, Arcossó, Tinta Amarela, Tinto 2020
The Quinta de Arcossó Red, Tinta Amarela, is born in Arcossó - Vidago - Sub-region of Ribeira de Oura, on a plot of 9.5 ha, integrated in a set of 12 ha, vineyard planted in 2003, installed on a wide slope of medium altitude (400 meters) exposed to the south, with about 20% of slope. The soil is of granite origin.
The grapes were vinified in a press with foot treading. The wine aged for 12 months in French oak barrels; after bottling, it remains in cellar stage for 8 months. Wine not glued or filtered.
Open and decant the bottle some time before.
Try it with a Portuguese stew or with grilled and baked meats with rich sauces.
