Quinta do Perdigão is a small family-owned property with 8ha of bio certified vines – that, probably, has the highest concentration of award-winning wines per hectare in the whole of Portugal.
Its structured and fresh Encruzado carries an incredible complexity of aromas - starting with grapefruit, lemon and elderflower and filling its long finish with passion fruit and almond notes. It is a perfect match for sushi & sashimi as well as refined fish and risottos dishes.
